We accept referrals for adults aged 18+ who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness, including those fleeing domestic abuse, leaving the criminal justice system, or facing other complex needs. We operate across the Birmingham area.
We'll confirm receipt of your referral within 1 working day.
Our team reviews the referral and conducts a needs assessment.
If eligible, we match the person to suitable accommodation and support.
Dedicated support worker assigned with regular reviews and progress updates.
